Unalienable Rights are inherent and in-born; they belong to every individual by virtue of their existence.
According to Natural Law, every person is created equal and endowed with certain inalienable rights. These rights are inherent and cannot be separated from you—they are your lifelong private property. No man-made authority has the power to grant you these rights, nor does any authority have the legitimacy to take them away.
The role of the State, as created by the People, is to acknowledge, uphold, and protect your Unalienable Rights. Unfortunately, in modern times, this ideal has been overshadowed by the rise of a corporate entity. YOURNATION (INC.) represents this corporate takeover; it is bankrupt and relies on a debt-money system. In this setup, the real property, wealth, assets, and productivity of the People have been pledged as surety for the corporate national debt. This situation arose and continues through contracts offered to the sovereign People, turning their inherent rights into negotiable transactions.
Through these contracts, your private rights and properties can be exchanged for public privileges and benefits offered by YOURNATION (INC.). By entering into agreements that fall under a foreign jurisdiction (often referred to as Admiralty Maritime, or the Law of the Sea), the sovereign People effectively give up the protections offered by their Common Law jurisdiction—the Law of the Land.
Take the United States, for instance. The “Bill of Rights” and the original “Constitution for the united States of America” do not apply to a “U.S. Citizen” under the corporate system. This corporate usurpation of sovereign nations and the stripping away of Unalienable Rights through non-disclosure of these facts is a form of treason against the People.
Restoring awareness of these truths is essential for reclaiming the sovereignty and inherent rights of the People.
